Erika Vogel first started teaching Group Fitness classes right out of college in the Erika is still going strong providing fun packed cardiovascular routines and boredom-busting workouts weekly in her Boot Camp class. She is now available to bring her energy and creativity to you for your resistance training needs! As a mother of two young, active boys, Erika is very familiar with the challenge of trying to squeeze in a workout 3-4 days per week with a full schedule. She has been able to do so by combining fat-burning, muscle shaping workouts that provide maximum results. During a typical training session with Erika you will not get bored. She utilizes stability, balance, endurance, plyometrics, strength, core, and flexibility exercises in all of her sessions.
Erika has a strong desire to educate and motivate others to become proactive with their own personal fitness. Because of her history in teaching group fitness classes for the general population, she is able to use her fitness creativity to integrate strength training and functional training for exciting, full-body workouts.
