I LOVE TEACHING FITNESS! I am so fortunate to have one hour (more or less) of time to motivate people to a higher level of fitness. To push them beyond what they thought possible and see their confidence rise, sometimes instantly. And Yoga - talking softly to their spirits, guiding their focus inward to find peace. Encouraging deep inhalations to open the chest and long, slow exhalations to relax the body.
A biography is supposed to be a written history of one's life. I could have told you about my certifications and training, but that is only a small part of my history. The most important aspects of my fitness industry history are: I have passion for what I do, I have passion for what I do and I have passion for what I do.
