JODIE MCLEOD

I have been a lifetime fitness enthusiast.  I have participated in many team sports and am very well versed in all the areas of fitness.

I have been teaching Group Fitness at GoodLife fitness clubs since December 2006.  I have been trained in cardio with hand held weights as well as gliding.

I am currently a Personal Fitness Trainer with Work It! FIT (my company) and run a ladies only Boot Camp with Booty Camp Fitness.
