Lisa Reale

I am 23 years old and I graduate from Bluefield College with honors. I am currently a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have a passion for helping people especially in the areas of health and fitness. I am a hard-working and highly motivated individual who loves the gym and using my creative abilities to create a fun, yet intense, working environment. I love surrounding myself with people and fitness and being in an environment where I can find opportunities to help others better themselves and educate them about living a healthier lifestyle in a way that is fun and exciting.
