I thoroughly enjoy teaching Group Fitness classes assisting others to improve their fitness & improve their quality of life. I have gained an exceptional repretoir of fitness formats during my 30 years of teaching including spinning, strength training & aqua fitness. I am also a fully certified comprehensive Pilates instructor through Balanced Body & have been teaching both mat & equipment based Pilates classes since 2008. I continually keep improving & advancing my fitness education through yearly continuing education opportunities in my community as well as online. I enjoy the fitness industry for a variety of reasons but specifically the client in my classes. They are the reason I have made this profession a lifelong commitment. I look forward to working with FitBodies, Inc. and the world-wide fitness community it services.
