I was born in Ankorage, Alaska, grew up in Massachusetts, and lived most of my adult life so far in Colorado. I now live in TN working as a PT, as well as coaching youth basketball, soccer and soon to be coaching volleyball.

I've been modeing for 20 years. I have been an AFAA presenter for 3+ years, a coach for 6+ years as well as working in the PT/Exercise physiology field since 1995.

I play on competitive soccer, tennis and ultimate frisbee teams.

I am married and have 2 young kids
