My name is Katrine and I have been teaching fitness classes at the local YMCA for the past ten years. My passion is the water, and I believe all people no matter how fit or how out of shape you are the water is a great place to train. Laughing and enjoying your work out at the same time is what I am known for. I teach a variety of land classes including light weight work out, pilates, stretch n flex, stability ball,and have covered boot camp type classes. I also work on the gym floor doing one on one training as a personal trainer and assist members on the gym equiptment.
