I am a group fitness instructor for Bally Total Fitness and have been teaching since January 2001.   I teach all formats of classes offered by Bally Total Fitness:   Kick Boxing, Step, Hi-Lo, Powerflex, Yoga and Pilates.  For several years, I was also a member of a Samba Dance Group in Cleveland, Oh and Bally's Performance Team.  Fitness and Dance are an important part of my life and a significant element of my lifestyle.  I love knowing that I can make a difference in others lives by providing them  fun and effective fitness classes.
