- MICHELE LOVE
Michele has over 10 years of group fitness training. She started out teaching water aerobics at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Cherry Hill NJ in 1994, where she is currently employed. After teaching for 5 years, Michele decided to further her fitness career and become a personal trainer. She has a personal concern for her clients and enjoys helping them reach their goals. Her client base ranges from children to adults, athletic, non athletic and some with physical challenges such as arthritis, lower back problems and extreme obesity. When she is not training, she is teaching group fitness classes such as Major Muscle (overall body toning), Nothing “Butt†Legs, Rebounding and Senior Stretch class. Michele continues to teach water aerobics from time to time. She is also a member of ECA, where she has been volunteering for the last eight years. Michele receives her CEC’s through ECA. Her most recent accomplishment was receiving her certification from NASM (National Association for Sports Medicine) for Personal Training.
In New Jersey fitness circles, Michele is known as “The Kick Butt Drill Sergeantâ€.
