I have nearly run the gammitt in the sporting world.
As an athlete, I was a member of championship track and field teams and All-Star football teams.
I then switched sides, coaching sprinters during 10 years as a track and field coach at the high school level.
I also spent most of my young professional life reporting on a wide variety of sports during eight years as a journalist for a daily newspaper.
However, it was my passion for sports, fitness, health and education which led me to personal training, where I thrive on helping individuals push themsevles beyond their comfort zone to achieve results they thought were never possible.
My training sessions are a physical, emotional and psychological experience designed to enhance results through the development of customized fitness programs.
