Hi! I have been teaching fitness classes for many years! I love teaching classes, personal training and working out. It is my passion. I currently teach Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics, Step, Strength Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, and Boot Camp. I am also a Personal Trainer and nutritionist. I am the fitness coordinator and an instructor for our local YMCA. I am a ProTrainer for FiTour certifying participants in Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Indoor Cycling, Aqua, Stability Ball, Core Conditioning and Kickboxing.
