My passion for exercise began when I was a young child. I played sports through college and then started teaching step aerobics during college. I graduated with a Physical Fitness degree and worked through my young adult life as a fitness director, personal trainer, nutrition consultant, and in fitness equipment sales. I developed strength programs for the YMCA youth league, and then decided to stay at home with my three boys. Throughout those years I taught a variety of classes from step, strength, and boot camp classes, for both kids and adults.
I've always been a fitness enthusiast. I love helping members reach their goals and find their own passion for exercise! I love to be a part of making someone's day better through movement.
My focus the last 5 years has been solely pilates, and I teach both private and group classes. My certifications are with Peak Pilates and have also been certified through AFFA, Schwinn, and Les Mills. I currently live in Centennial, CO. When I'm not teaching I'm watching games, riding bikes, walking my dog, or golfing with my friends. I've participated in triathlons and mountain bike races. I enjoy anything athletic based and am grateful that my family enjoys it as well.
