Hello, my name is Judy Stewart and I am a fitness enthusiast who loves to get others "crazy for fitness" too. I believe that all people, both young and old, have a natural desire to be healthy. Unfortunately in this fast-paced age, that innate quest has gone by the wayside. That's where I feel I come in. I know that with just the right motivation and encouragement, that desire to can be rekindled. And adding in the F-U-N Factor and it's just about inevitable. I pride myself on my ability to allow all people of all ages, sizes and abilities to see the FUN in fitness. My motto is, "Finding the FUN in fitness leads to Being Forever Fit!" I hope to work with your organization to create a world of smiles through fitness.
