I began my fitness journey five years ago. As a new father I found myself severley overweight and not being able to keep up with the little one running around the house. I decided to "get in shape" by joining the gym. I lifted and ran with a few of the guys from work, the results were slow to come and I was not motivated by working alone. I decided to try a group fitness class called BodyPump; a resistance based class set to music. I was immediatley hooked!! The team feeling, the instructor, the other people in the room doing the same thing I was motivated me greatly.

After about a year of working with the instructor in BodyPump, and now attending Spin classes regulary I had lost a lot of weight, around 60 pounds. I knew I wanted to start a career in the fitness industry so that I couls share my excitement, passion and love for being healthy with others who had stgarted where I began.

After a year of taching BodyPump, I decided to take it a step further and get certified as a Personal Trainer. I also auditioned and applied to be a National Trainer for BodyPump. I now train people how to be instructors on a National Level. Since I was doing so well with BodyPump I decided to add an aerobics class to my schedule. I went through training to be a BodyAttack Instructor. This is a sports based cardio class that wil challnege even the most fit individuals but has plenty of options for those just beginning their fitness journey. I also found that taching Indoor Cycle is a great deal of fun and can also be extrememly challenging!

making fitness a fulltime carreer can be extremely tough. So I began working as a Prtner for BootCamp Challenge. This is a bootcamp style training done outside of the gym using minimal equipment and teaching people how to train on their own. HTis has become so successful that we are currnetly under contract to train the Texas Department of Public Safety (the Texas Highway Patrol Officers).

If given the opportunity I beleive that I can train your guest and or staff in a fun filled, but challenging enviroment that will get them the resuts that they are desiring.
