Bev’s background in long distance running and 20 years of athletic experience has given her a passion to help other’s achieve optimum health and wellness. Bev was a National level distance runner in Canada as a junior and then went on to earn a full 4 year scholarship at an NCAA Division I University in the United States to earn her degree in Business and Marketing.
Bev maintained her elite running status after university where she began competing in road and trail races ranging in distance from 5km to full marathons. Bev has competed in a total of 3 full marathons and 10 half marathons as well as various trail and road races over the past 10 years. Her best finish was at the 1998 Toronto International Full Marathon where she was the 3rd woman overall. She has also competed in the Chicago and Boston full marathons.
Bev is the mother of 2 boys and has been fortunate enough to stay home to raise them while at the same time training for and competing in her various races. In addition to that, Bev also runs a Health and Wellness business where she coaches her clients through nutritional cleansing and detox programs to help them achieve their health and weight loss goals.

Bev is a Certified Personal Training Specialist and has her First Aid and CPR certification through Can Fit Pro. She also has her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Bev’s extensive knowledge of endurance training gives her the ability to design and implement great workouts to satisfy and challenge all levels of fitness.
Bev brings an energy to her bootcamp classes that is very contagious! She will motivate you to work hard to achieve your desired results. Bev is competely committed to her clients’ well being and works within their capabilities to push them out of their comfort zones increasing their fitness levels successfully and safely.
