Leslie Jeannie Miller

     I am an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have taken several fitness workshops including Yoga Fit and Thomas the Promise Kickboxing.  I have been in the fitness industry for over twelve years!  I have enjoyed helping others set and reach their fitness goals both in a personal and management setting.

  I think exercise should be fun!  Group Exercise is positive peer pressure.  Studies show that you work harder in a group than by youself.  I teach a variety of formats because as the saying goes "Variety is the spice of life".  Change is good for your body too!  

   I also enjoy dancing, running and outdoor activities. In November of 2007 I completed the Philadelphia Half Marathon.
