Drawing from over 15 years of experience, Gail Barranda Rivas is a dedicated fitness professional who empowers others to achieve their fitness goals. She has a strong background in group fitness, functional strength training, Pilates, TRX, DVRT, yoga, HIIT, sports conditioning, kettlebells, and dance. She has presented at fitness conferences and conducted teacher trainings both nationally and internationally. Additionally, she is Pre and Postnatal Certified. She is a NAUI Master Scuba Diver and is exploring the sport of surfing. Open to all levels, her classes will have participants feeling invigorated with a sense of strength and balance in both mind and body.
