Llee Sivitz

I have a degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida in Gainesville.  A 25-year resident of Cincinnati, I home-schooled two sons (now ages 23 and 25), and wrote the fitness feature articles for the Cincinnati Enquirer's fitness page.  This assignment required me to go out and interview and experience different ways people in my home town were doing fitness.

I also credit myself with being a major catalyst for the Cincinnati Flying Pig marathon admitting unaffiliated walkers to the marathon.  (My story was told in the Cincinnati Enquirer.  If you want a copy, let me know:)  My life-long interest in health led me to study for my Wellness Consultant certification, which I completed in 2008.  My passion is to help educate my fellow human beings about the importance of fruits and vegetables in the diet and how to bridge the gap between what we eat and what we should.
