Jumanah Beck

Hello,

I am Jumanah Beck a registered nutritionist and former competitive fitness athlete.  I have owned Velocity sports nutrition for 4 years and have had group contracts with Ontario power generation, remax Toronto and Scotiabank.  I currently design programs for athletes and non-athletes.  My philosophy is "true health begins from the inside out"  I focus on encouraging and motivating clients to aim for excellence". I also currently have four clients competing this summer in level 2 and 3 fitness shows.
