Nicole Anagnostis

Hello,

I am Nicole Anagnostis. I live in Melbourne Beach, Fl. I grew up in Miami, Fl. I graduated from Hialeah High School in 1984. I attended Miami-Dade Community College and after graduating finished my Bachelor's Degree at Florida State University.

I began my teaching career at Hialeah High School where I taught Personal Fitness to HS students and coached a variety of sports.

I was married and had two children when I relocated to Melbourne Beach, Fl.

I am presently a single-parent of two amazing teenagers. I supplement my teaching salary with coaching volleyball and instruct new members of the Pro-Health & Fitness facility on how to use resistance training equipment (weight machines, stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU balls, etc.) to achive their fitness goal with efficiency and safety held to a high priority.

I have a passion to teach, coach, and train kids and adults about how to achieve their personal health and fitness BEST!!
