Tiffany Visconti

I have been a fitness enthusiast my whole life.  I played a variety of sports.  I was a preschool teacher before entering the fitness world as a profession.  I have really found where I  belong and truly love going to 'work' every day.  I took classes at a club med a few years back and it has been my dream to teach at resorts.  After mentioning to a friend she passed this sight on to me-  I like reaching outside my comfort zone!! I believe I motivate my students and clients through positive uplifting inspiration.
