Tracey Shreve

My educational background is as a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Suma cum laude, 2006 with a BA in Literature and minor in religious studies.  I pursued yoga to deepen my own practice as well as to enhance my husbands chiropractic practice; I am careful to make adjustments and to give alternatives for asanas for those who might need additional help.  In addition to my certification for yoga, I am currently pursuing certification with ACE as a personal trainer, and am about to sit for the exam.  I do very well in both group and personal settings, and have a very welcoming personality.  My past experiences in a resort setting have always been positive; I really enjoy the dynamics of meeting new people that a vacation setting provides.
