Jackie Confalone

I am currently in my early 50's and have been teaching group fitness classes since 1985. I started teaching through our local YMCA and then continued my teaching at a local fitness facility called Colonial Fitness/CHB Sports. I taught there for approximately 18 years, and about a year and a half ago, began teaching exclusively at BodyZone Sports & Wellness Center. During those 23 years, I have taught many formats including high impact cardio, hi/lo, step, body sculpting, stability ball classes, balletone (danced based fitness), pilates, and Les Mills BodyFlow. I am currently studying to be certified in a yoga format called Yo Gal. I am also certified as a Personal Trainer and have done one-on-one consultations with clients primarily to improve a posture, flexibiilty, or strength deficit. I really enjoy helping clients reach new levels of functional fitness so that they can work more efficiently and safely in their everyday lives.
