As President and founder of CAP Elite, Inc., Centers for Athletic
Performance, Enriquez oversees the strategic direction of the company
and ensures the highest level of training is executed at all CAP Elite
facilities. Enriquez is working successfully towards CAP Elite’s
mission of merging the best performance coaches, equipment and research
to create a complete human performance enhancement program that can
guarantee significant improvements by anyone that participates in the
program.
Since founding CAP Elite in March 2003, Enriquez has trained over 1000 athletes. More than 150 of these athletes have received athletic scholarships to play at the collegiate level. In addition to helping athletes reach the next level through the improvement of strength, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination, flexibility and conditioning, CAP Elite has also helped young athletes improve self esteem and confidence. Many of CAP Elite’s athletes that have gone on to play in college have claimed that CAP Elite’s program is better than what they experienced in college. Enriquez believes in a positive, energetic and motivating environment in order to realize the best results from his athletes.
In addition to training athletes, Enriquez has trained and certified several sports performance specialists that believe in his philosophy. Enriquez has studied and learned from world-class strength, power and speed coaches from around the world and has applied the best in practice principals to the CAP program. Enriquez has also had the advantage of being trained himself by current University of Texas Strength and Conditioning coach Jeff Madden and former world renowned Strength and Conditioning Coach Keith Irwin while an athlete at Rice University.
Enriquez is also co-founder of MyTrainer.com, a video sharing social media site that offers free workout videos and connects trainers to people looking for training help. Enriquez is also working on technologies to help the advancement of the sports performance industry. Over the years, Enriquez has built and developed numerous strategic partnerships and relationships. A former athlete and lifelong sports performance enthusiast, Enriquez promotes the vision of providing clients with the most current and advanced workout and nutrition information, fitness and performance products, services and technology.
Enriquez spent over 12 years in the corporate world prior to starting CAP Elite. While working as a business executive, Enriquez led and motivated teams that consistently exceeded productivity goals. Enriquez left a lucrative position to follow his passion.
Enriquez attended Klein High School and received a football scholarship to Rice University where he received a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and Health Science.
