I started teaching group exercise classes about 4 years ago, but have been a fitness enthusiast for many years. I have recently started a personal training business which gives me the opportunity to help others reach their health and wellness goals on a one-on-one basis. It is very rewarding to see people make positive changes in their lives!
My hobbies include running, working out and training for Figure Competitions. I love the challenge and discipline this type of training requires.
For fun, my boyfriend and I love doing anything active, hanging out with our menagerie of pets and volunteering for various animal rescue organizations.
Fitness is my passion; it is as much a part of my life as eating, sleeping and breathing! I love sharing my passion with others and enlightening them to the many benefits (both physical and mental) of exercise.
