I have worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I began my career teaching group fitness classes, primarily hi/ low aerobics. I soon added step to my repertoire. Over the years I have widened my area of interests. I have taught step, hi/low and body sculpting classes. Around 20 years ago I started a small business which provides music based movement classes to preschool students. I continue to enjoy working with children as well as adults.Ten years ago I added Pilates to my classes. I am now Basi mat trained in Pilates. I currently work at George Mason Universiy as an adjunct professor. I teach courses in Pilates as well as Weight training and Body Conditioning to Undergraduate Students there. I am AFAA certified in Group fitness as well as Personal Training and Step.
