Yvonne Boots

I currently teach Zumba at three Central Florida YMCA's. I also teach shallow & deep water aerobics. I have been working for the YMCA's for over twelve years but in Central Florida for almost 25 years. I can sub beginner step, cardio interval, kickboxing, high/low aerobics, and cycling. I was certified for Silver Sneakers but no longer cover those classes at the Y but I am very good with beginners and the senior population.

I am happily married to my husband Lee for 22 years and have two beautiful girls, Danielle - 17 yrs. old, and Nicole - 12 yrs. old and love living in East Orlando, Florida (by the University of Central Florida). Both of our girls are great volleyball players and play year round and we enjoy being a part of their practices and supporting them in their games.
