Sandra McGuire

I am 41 years old and have been a group fitness instructor for over 20 years. I started out teaching aerobics in college, from then went to Bally Total Fitness, and now teach all formats offered at three Lifetime Fitness' in Michigan. My passion, of course, is fitness ... mostly because it keeps me in shape mentally and physically and it also gives me much gratification to teach people the same. I am ACE Certified, and attend several fitness conferences a year. I will be attending the IDEA Fusion Conference again this year in Chicago. I would like to add be involved in the Fitness Pro Travel program mainly because I think it will broaden my experience both personally and professionally. Although the picture I have included in this application doesn't depict fitness per se, but it does give you an idea of my level of energy, which I have been abudantly blessed with. Your consideration of this application would be greatly appreciated.
