Lisa Badgley

Hi my name is Lisa Badgley, I live in the New Jersey area and have been an aerobics instructor for 3 1/2 years....I am passionate about it and would love to share this with you. I am a stay at home mom of three children, we all love to travel and we are looking forward to it.  I am excited to share my passion of a high energy workout that incorporates weight training, pilates, kickboxing and core training.  Web MD has rated Jazzercise #1 fitness program around the world. Let me show you why!!!!
