I have always had a passion for Fitness and
Health. It started over 15 years ago where I instructed step aerobics
down in my homeland of New
Zealand. I believe in helping each person
reach their fullest potential by challenging them to overcome obstacles and
reach levels they only once dreamed about.
I have had an extensive sports background competing competitively at national
levels in badminton, squash and taekwondo. I am a very active, high energy and
positive person who enjoys motivating others.
I pride myself in utilizing my knowledge to create fun and creative programs
which gain results. Currently
I am a group fitness instructor in Step, Bodysculpt, Bosu, Cardiofit,
Bootcamps, Abs & Butt, Classic Stretch and Stretch & Tone. I
am also a Personal Trainer and trainer a wide variety of ages and
fitness abilities. I also teach a Strollerfitness class for postnatal
and a prenatal fitness class for mom's expecting.
