Jen Wait has been teaching group fitness classes for the past 8 years in New Paltz, NY. She is the Assistant Director of the SUNY Police Department where she trains women in self-defense and is also an Instructor Trainer for officers. Jen loves to mountian bike, run, swim and teach kickboxing and spinning. Her style is all about having fun and getting down to hiphop and house music! Jen teaches from the heart and makes sure all her students, no matter what level, have a great workout and have fun doing it!
