Group fitness is my life!   What else can I say!  I enjoy it so much, all the different classes to jump around with...how could anyone ever get burnt out?!?!

I especially love the Dance classes...I have created my own dance class called "Dance Flow"--which is a combination of many various forms of dance including Latin, African, hip-hop, modern, funk, etc.  It is quite an experience!

I also enjoy the "kick-butt" classes like Kickbox, and Bootcamp.  These are two of my most difficult classes, I take them pretty seriously.  There's not much time, so I make sure I give my participants a "kick-butt" workout!

On the other side of those classes, the mind/body yoga and pilates classes are a perfect completion of a total, whole body/spirit workout!  

I would love the opportunity to share my creativity and enthusiasm of training  the body mind and spirit!   Hope to hear from you soon!
