Since assuming my position at Entrada, I have grown my skills from management to a more well-rounded personal trainer. The members at Entrada have grown from a club that was fight or flight based to a more well-rounded functional fitness active lifestyle community. I enjoy the challenge of bringing the latest concepts into the Fitness Center that I manage in Southern Utah. I believe in changing your workout routines often to keep your body guessing. My favorite fitness quote is to 'workout smarter, not harder'. I have seen personal training clients not only improve their physique, but also change their lives. They inspire me to be better every single day!
