I was an athlete all my life and grew up following my mother through the evolution of fitness as she moved from aerobics, to step, to boot camp while helping many achieve a higher level of health and wellness. After I was forced to medically retire from the UCLA Track and Field Team, I began spending as much time in the weight room as possible learning all I could from my college strength coach. He left and I took over the mens Varsity Volleyball team as the strength coach at UCLA. I worked in the weight room for 2 years before I decided to step away to break into the personal training world.
I took my first PT job at Equinox Fitness in Santa Monica, California. As a pre-med major at UCLA, I had no problem falling into the role.
I have been working at Equinox for almost a year and have expanded to outside training and bootcamps for women. I coach and mentor youth track athletes and spend alot of time educating many in nutritional and natural wellness.
