Brian Ilcheson

My name is Brian Ilcheson and I have worked in the fitness/wellness field for over 13 years.  I am a Certified Athletic Trainer (A.T.,C) , Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Ergonomics Specialist (CEAS). Presently, I manage the overall operational performance of a corporate wellness program. One of my primary  job duties includes the design and implementation of  fitness, rehabilitation, and physical activity programming.
