I am a mother of two who has been working in the health and fitness field for over 13 years.  I've trained a variety of clients... from rocket scientists to janitorial personnel.  I enjoy teaching classes in which there are a variety of fitness levels and teach with modifications - to increase or decrease the intensity for a varied audience.
