I currently teach Health and PE as well as teach group fitness classes at 3 health clubs. I have traveled to Jamaica many times and Mexico to teach fitness classes at various resorts. I was the group fitness coordinator for 2 clubs, and have taught group classes for over 20 years. I hold many certifications, and keep them current. I teach everything, HIIT, yoga, strength, spin, dance, barre, pilates.....I am the mother of 3 kids ages 4,5 and 6. They keep me in tip top shape!
