Janemarie Foulkes

My name is Jane Foulkes. I currently reside in Wantagh NewYork. I have been married for 18 years to my husband, Bob. I have a sixteen year old daughted, Shawna. Physical activity has always been a part of my life. I spent most of my childhood playing numerous sports, was a competitive figure skater for 7 years, and competed in track and field throughout highschool. As an adult, I have continued to be active in physical fitness, through jogging, rollarblading, and weight training. My passion for fitness, has led me to want to help other men and women reach their fitness goals.
