Fitness has become my way of life when I became a mother. Being busy with two kids helped me realize how important it is to incorporate exercise into a daily routine to keep the energy up. Since then I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.
I had to start somewhere – so I started with my community and my friends. I have received my certification from AFAA and then rented a small dance studio once a week and invited everybody I know to join me.
Since then it grew into a regular 3 times a week class where people have fun exercising. I am proud to say that I have been doing this for two years and I am enthusiastic to see results: healthier, happier, fit clients.
