Colleen Henely, an innovative and creative business manager for Fit In The City, is a versatile, motivating, and passionate instructor who thrives on getting the best out of her participants.  She enjoys educating while instructing and making fitness more than just movement.

Colleen’s ten plus years of management experience include managing multiple markets for one of the largest health club chains in the country.  She has trained instructors just entering the field, as well as veterans, and believes that education is key to improving one’s abilities.
