i have taught all types of exercise classes to all types of client. i have been a personal trainer for 20 years. i am certified through NSPA.
i love teaching classes! i love the high energy and the music. i could do it all day, its so fun that i never get tired!
i teach kickboxing, cardio bootcamp, and general cardio plus strength training. i use great music and make it really fun. i also keep the advanced students at their level as well as the beginners at their level. i always give options for each move. i also pride myself on form and have never had anyone get hurt, i watch everyones form very carefully. i also do some nutrition counseling with my clients, they depend on my support alot. and lastly, i have a yoga background, although i am not certified in yoga, i add in alot of relaxation techniques at the end of some classes. i think my best skill is being able to gear any class  as to who shows up for it, as well as my high energy.
