Yoga and Spin Instructor - I always firmly believed in the mental and physical benefits that exercise has on the body. I started exploring yoga about eight years and quickly became addicted! Set out to spread the word about the wonderful benefits of yoga, I continued to learn and develop my teaching skills by attending workshops with senior teachers. I have been teaching at Body System Fitness, in Imperial Pa for the past 4 years and also at Body Matrix in Findly, Pa. I have loved every hour spent with our members, giving them the opportunity to relax and unwind while growing stronger inside and out! I also teach Spin to continue motivating and challenging our members. I use a great mix of music, motivation and enthusiastic coaching to lead our members through a ride that best suits their fitness level and goals. My students will sprint, run, climb, jump and have a blast while getting fit!
