Thea, (Cynthea) Morris, is a massage therapist, intuitive/energy healer and yoga teacher. She has a very unique background (degree in graphic design, a career as an artist and designer). Thea has a down-to-earth style, infused with strength and grace.
After suffering many physical injuries, surviving cancer and the roller coaster of life, always coming back to yoga, 'It's always comes back to yoga'. Thea’s personal and professional practice has evolved to embrace, not only the physical benefits of asana, but also the emotional and spiritual. Thea’s lifestyle is combining holistic health; massage therapy, art and yoga. She believes in an integrated system of wellness that uses massage, breathing techniques, postures and meditation to bring about total health.
She has just designed and launched her first set of essential oil blends. The seven chakra’s and one relaxation blend. She is currently working on a line of graphic tee’s that put positive messages out to the world. “I am always thinking of ways to combine all of the above and put it out to the universe”. Her classes are a blend of the vigor and strength of Forrest Yoga and the heart opening practice of Cloud Nine Yoga, tied together with the flow of Vinyasa.
