Sandy Cardinal

Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and completed her 200 hour RYT training in 2008.  She is a member of Yoga Alliance and has also completed training in pre and post natal yoga.  She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition and also works as a nutritionist.  Sandy has a particular interest in how yoga can help to reduce physical pain and stress, improve health and create balance in one's life.
