I am currently the owner of True Pilates and Gyrotonic jupiter. I have owned this studio since 2004. I relocated from Boston where I also owned a studio since 1999. I have been certified in Classical Pilates for the past 11 years. (both equiptment and Mat. I am also a pre-trainer in GYROTONIC. Certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. I brought Gyrotonic to Jupiter Florida. I ran the Pilates program at Jupiter Medical center. I also taught group fitness and water aerobics, mat pilates and Gyrokinesis and yoga.
