I teach mind and body classes through the week and have a regular group of attendees. I enjoy teaching very much and look forward to practicing with all people who may have a wide spectrum of abilities. I believe that mind and body classes are not only important in building core strength, but also engage your mind in a way other fitness avenues do not. Not only is it important to gain control and strength in our physical bodies, but also strength, control and rejuvenation for our minds too.
