Amanda Barone

Previously working as a software manager, I was introduced to fitness by the home fitness program P90X (I am currently airing on National TV on the P90X infomercial).  From there, I pursued my fitness certification from ISSA in my spare time and trained family and friends.  I left my position in the business field in March 2009 and directed my professional efforts toward my true passion -- personal training and exercise instruction.

I have a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College (Class of 2005, Saratoga Springs, NY) with an English Major and Computer Science and Art double-Minors.

My specialty involves functional fitness with a focus on strength training, plyometrics, sports-related movements, and bodybuilding.
