I have been teaching fitness for over 10 years, specializing in step and kickboxing. I teach the no tap style of step and have double step, triple step, and several step combo classes in my repertoire. My philosophy regarding kickboxing is to teach the practical applications of each punch, kick, or strike so that students feel empowered in both mind and body. Over the last several years I have been adding plyometric and core training into my classes to educate participants into realizing that fitness does not need to stay in the gym, but that fitness can be tailored to fit just about any lifestyle and timetable.
