After working years of retail management & merchandising only to end up with aches & pains I decided to take my part time yoga practice into a full time practice & have since taken a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. I love to travel & live on the West Coast of Canada near Vancouver.
Growing up, I was a dancer, gymnast & figure skater and as I grew older I became a die-hard runner & gym-rat. I found that yoga like no other form of fitness gives me the time for myself to find inner peace while gaining strength & flexibility. I hope to spread my love of yoga to anyone that wants to learn & that wants to find the mind & body connection. The great thing about yoga is that it isn't a competition; it doesn't matter your age or physical fitness level, everyone can get something from it.
