Connie Townsend, who holds a dual certification with ACE as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, has been in the industry for over 20 years as student, instructor, trainer, club manager, and even owner. She believes in a well-rounded approach to fitness which includes muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, agility and balance, and proper nutrition. Connie teaches a variety of Cardio, Strength, Agility, and Core classes, with a focus on ‘functional’ exercise. She also teaches to a wide variety of abilities and fitness levels, and encourages everyone to 'do what you can'!
